Job Description

Lastminute.com is looking for a telesales agent for the French, Italian or German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve both inbound and outbound customers with French, German, or Italian.
  2. Sell holiday packages.

Qualifications:

  • Native French, German, or Italian.
  • Fluent level of Spanish.
  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver.
  • Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong communicator internal / external.
  • Work with commercial targets.
  • Oriented business results.
  • Versatility.
  • Previous experience in the travel context or sales.

Additional Information:

Salary Range: 18 – 26k
