Lastminute.com is looking for a telesales agent for the French or German market.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve both inbound and outbound customers with French or German.
  2. Sell holiday packages.

Qualifications:

  1. Native French or German.
  2. Fluent level of Spanish.
  3. Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail.
  4. Proactive team player.
  5. Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver.
  6. Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
  7. Strong communicator internal / external.
  8. Work with commercial targets.
  9. Oriented business results.
  10. Versatility.
  11. Previous experience in the travel context or sales.

Additional Information

Salary Range: 18 – 26k
