This is not just about maintaining existing relationships; it’s about having a clear overview, understanding partners’ strategic needs, and turning them into concrete actions. You will be the main point of contact, support platform adoption, and contribute to initiatives for shared growth.What you will do:Proactively manage your assigned partner portfolio, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.Plan and conduct onboarding and training sessions, guiding partners toward optimal use of the Spoki platform.Monitor partner performance continuously, identifying growth opportunities, potential issues, and developing actionable improvement plans.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies and maximize co-selling and joint growth opportunities.Provide operational, consultative, and strategic support to help partners solve problems and optimize processes.Keep partners updated on new platform features, best practices, and Spoki initiatives.Participate in the development and implementation of programs and tools to improve the partner experience and foster mutual growth.Collect feedback from partners and share it with the product team to contribute to platform evolution.Requirements:Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written), Spanish is a plus.3–7 years of experience in partner success, customer success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.Ability to understand complex processes and translate them into actionable solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving mindset and empathy.Strategic vision combined with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with CRM systems and digital platforms.Availability to work on-site in Barcelona and to travel for one week every two months to the headquarters in San Vito dei Normanni (BR)- Italy.Desired soft skills:Proactive and able to take initiative independently.Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong, lasting relationships.Ability to analyze partner data and feedback, turning insights into concrete actions.Flexibility and resilience in dynamic, evolving contexts.What we offer:A central role with real responsibility for the success of partners and the evolution of Spoki’s network.Professional growth in an innovative, dynamic, and fast-growing environment.Continuous training and access to advanced tools to perform at your best.Salary range: 30.000 - 38.000 gross annual, based on experience.Permanent and full-time contract.Company laptop.
