We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Line Manager / Agro & Industrial Biotech. Join us as we endeavor to shape a future where global advancements in biotechnology positively impact lives.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Product Vision & Strategy Define, own, and continuously refine the long-term product vision and roadmap for the Agriculture and Industrial Biotech portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy and revenue objectives. Translate business goals and market needs into clear product priorities and execution plans. Market & Competitive Intelligence Lead ongoing market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and growth opportunities. Use insights to inform product positioning, differentiation, and roadmap decisions. Cross-functional Stakeholder Alignment Act as the central point of coordination between technical, commercial, regulatory, and customer-facing teams. Ensure clear communication of product strategy, requirements, and priorities across the organization. Client Engagement & Value Creation Proactively engage with clients and prospects to understand operational challenges and translate them into product value. Support strategic accounts and key opportunities, ensuring the product delivers measurable impact for customer operations. Commercial Enablement & Collateral Develop and maintain commercial materials (value propositions, pitch decks, use cases, ROI narratives) to support sales and business development. Train internal teams on product messaging, positioning, and competitive advantages. Pricing, Revenue & Profitability Define and evolve pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with commercial and technical teams. Ensure products are competitive, scalable, and meet profitability targets. Regulatory & Compliance Leadership Ensure products meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements within the agricultural domain. Monitor regulatory trends and anticipate changes to mitigate risk and identify new product or market opportunities.REQUIREMENTSAcademic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biology, biotechnology, chemistry, computational sciences, bioinformatics, life sciences, or related field. Master's or specific business-related studies (MBA or others) are positively valued.Experience: At least 3years or more of sales, business development or applications specialist in the industry or At least 2 years as product manager in the life sciences or Agro industryPersonal skills Strong understanding of market dynamics , competitor analysis and industry trends Strong know-how in next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies and bioinformatics Excellent communication and presentation skills. Quantitative skills and the ability to work with financial and market data. Experience in representing the company at national and international conferences and events. Organizational, planning, and time management skills. Attention to detail.Languages and required level: Spanish and/or Portuguese - Professional proficiency (B2-C1) English - Professional proficiency (B2-C1)Other requirements: Willingness to travel, including national and international trips. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management software.
