If you’re passionate about venture building, thrive in high-uncertainty environments and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, this role is for you.As a Senior Business Designer at NOBA, you will: Drive the force behind taking an idea from opportunity mapping to market validation, leading cross-functional teams to ensure success. Shape and design value propositions that address market needs and create business impact Work closely with clients and external stakeholders, solving challenges with a strategic and business-focused approach. Deep-dive into markets, needs, user behavior, and industry trends to uncover opportunities and actionable insights. Facilitate engaging workshops and discussions with senior clients, using NOBA’s proprietary methodologies. Oversee project planning and successful delivery across initiatives. Monitor financials and ensure alignment with project budgets and revenue targets. Develop compelling proposals during the pre-sales process. Expand NOBA’s capabilities, contributing to both business growth and your own development Refine and evolve NOBA’s innovation methodologies.What we look for: We want someone who is both astrategic thinker and an execution powerhouse, with a strong business background and fluent Spanish5+ years of experience in an agency, strategy consulting, or venture-building environment. Experience managing clients and external stakeholders, building trust and guiding decision-making. Proven experience in using tools for research, data analysis, automation, and business design. Experience developing business proposals and refining innovation methodologies. Facilitation and storytelling expertise Proven team management experience in a fast-paced environment. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action. Fluency in English and Spanish (Catalán is a plus).
