SAP Security Specialist We are looking for an experienced SAP Security professional to support large-scale enterprise environments, focusing on safeguarding SAP landscapes, strengthening access governance, and improving security posture across business-critical systems. This role involves collaboration with Basis, cyber security, infrastructure and business process teams to ensure secure and compliant operation of complex SAP environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and manage SAP roles, authorizations and access controlsDevelop and maintain authorization concepts for ECC/S4HANA and related modulesSupport SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis, role remediation and complianceConduct SAP security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvementsParticipate in secure configuration, hardening and patching discussionsManage user provisioning workflows and support audit activitiesSupport SAP GRC Access Control usage and continuous governance improvementsContribute to security architecture decisions for new SAP systems and integrationsPrepare documentation, standards and guidelines for SAP security operationsWork closely with cross-functional teams to enable secure system designRequired ExperienceProfessional experience in SAP Security, SAP Authorization or SAP GRCHands-on experience with role design, authorization management & access provisioningStrong understanding of SoD risks, audit needs & compliance requirementsKnowledge of SAP ECC / S4HANA environmentsAbility to collaborate with business and technical teamsFluent in English (Spanish beneficial but not required)Desirable Skills (Not Mandatory)Experience with SAP GRC Access Control / Risk Analysis & RemediationKnowledge of SAP Fiori / HANA DB security concepts / Cloud componentsFamiliarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS ControlsCertifications such as SAP Security, SAP GRC, CISA, CISSP, CISM
