About the companyWith our digital DNA, we thrive on challenges, love to think outside the box, and move with the times.The Revenue Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, executing, and optimizing margin and profitability strategies on metasearch engines, one of the company's main distribution channels. This role combines an analytical focus, an understanding of the metasearch ecosystem, and a strong orientation towards efficiency and net contribution per booking.Analyze the daily performance of channels, markets, and segments to identify margin-improvement opportunities and apply strategies accordingly. Execute margin strategies in Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, Kayak, Tripadvisor, and others. Develop analyses on elasticity, marginal contribution, and profitability by market, goal, and segment. Implement and measure the impact of A/B tests (bidding changes, formats, exposures) to validate hypotheses together with the marketing team. Ensure data integrity in analytics tools.1–4 years of experience in areas such as Revenue Management, Performance Marketing, Metasearch, Hotel Distribution, or Data Analysis. ~ Solid analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Excel/Sheets and BI platforms (Looker). ~ Professional English. ~ Hybrid model based in Barcelona. #Permanent contract, full-time. #Flexible hours. #Annual budget for training and development. #A project with purpose and room to grow as yourself. #
