Oferta Laboral: Cloud Operations Technical LeadUbicación:Barcelona (híbrido: 3 días remoto / 2 días oficina, zona Sants) Modalidad:Híbrido Experiencia:Mínimo 5 años en infraestructuras y operaciones cloud Resumen del Puesto:Se busca unCloud Operations Technical Leadpara supervisar las operaciones diarias, el rendimiento y la fiabilidad de la infraestructura cloud. Este rol combinaliderazgo técnicocon responsabilidades operativas, asegurando laestabilidad, escalabilidad y seguridadde los entornos cloud, principalmenteAWS, Azure y OpenShift . Responsabilidades:Supervisar operaciones diarias y rendimiento de la infraestructura cloud. Garantizar la estabilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad de los entornos cloud. Liderar equipos técnicos de operaciones, infraestructura y DevOps. Implementar y mantener prácticas deInfrastructure as Code (IaC)utilizando CDK, Terraform o CloudFormation. Gestionar despliegues automatizados mediante AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild, Azure DevOps u otras herramientas equivalentes. Automatizar workflows de DevOps de extremo a extremo a través de CI/CD (ADO, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). Gestionar configuraciones y flujos de trabajo mediante autoservicio. Desarrollar scripts y pruebas de automatización (Python, PowerShell, YAML, KQL, etc.). Aplicar controles de seguridad mediantePolicy-as-Codey garantizar estabilidad operacional. Requisitos técnicos:Experiencia probada en entornos cloud:AWS y Microsoft Azure . Dominio enautomatización IaC con Terraform . Conocimientos en redes Azure (VNET, BGP…). Experiencia en CI/CD y despliegue de IaC. Scripting y automatización de testing. Familiaridad con Agile e ITIL. Habilidades interpersonales:Comunicación efectiva en inglés. Gestión de stakeholders y resolución de conflictos. Organización y gestión del tiempo. Colaboración transversal y enfoque en cliente. Capacidad de adaptación y “problem solving”. Otros:Se requieren viajes de negocio ocasionales. Grado en Informática, Ingeniería o equivalente.#J-18808-Ljbffr
