This position ensures that digital sales operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full alignment with business goals. Working as part of an agile, international team, the role focuses on delivering impactful implementations, process improvements, and ongoing system support within a fast-paced, business-driven environment.Key Responsibilities Leadimplementations and enhancementsof Dynamics 365 CE across global sales operations. Analyze sales processes, identify improvement opportunities, and presentvalue-focused solutions . Supportchange managementinitiatives, including user training, documentation, and adoption of new tools and features. Configure and maintainD365CE, ensuringsystem reliability and performance . Provide issue resolution, process guidance, and proactive support to end users. Stay current withD365CE and Sales technology trends , such as AI automation and digital selling tools. Test and validate system changes, ensuring seamless go-lives.Profile Proven experience withDynamics 365 CEand sales process optimization. Strong understanding of CRM systems and their role in driving business value. Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in English(Spanish is a plus). Experience working in afast-paced, international sales or commercial environment .Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate combines deep CRM knowledge with strong business acumen. They are proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive on improving customer engagement and sales efficiency through digital innovation.
