AtVISTA Investments , we are looking for a senior finance leader to take ownership of our accounting and financial operations from Madrid, playing a key role in the financial governance and performance of our international platform.This is a high-impact leadership role within a growing hospitality investment and development group, with direct exposure to senior management and close collaboration with our US-based finance team.The RoleYou will lead the finance and accounting function in Spain, overseeing a multi-entity structure across Spain and the US. While strongly rooted in accounting and compliance, the role requires a broader finance mindset, ownership of financial outcomes, and the ability to support strategic decision-making.Work model:On-site Monday–Thursday (Madrid office) + remote Fridays.Key Scope End-to-end ownership of accounting and financial reporting Consolidation, treasury, liquidity and cash-flow management Financial governance, controls, audits and tax compliance Budgeting, forecasting and financial monitoring across SPVs and projects Leadership of the Madrid-based finance team Close coordination with senior leadership and the US finance teamProfile Senior finance professional with a strong accounting backbone Experience in multi-entity / group environments Big Four + industry background highly valued Hands-on, structured, ownership-driven Full professional English required⚠️Please note:This role is not FP&A-only, banking or investment-focused.
