Notre client, dans le secteur de l'industrie, recherche un Head of Accounting. Le poste est basé en Espagne à Bilbao. Votre rôle s'articule autour de deux missions principales : * Phase "BUILD" - Construire et structurer :Finaliser la mise en place des opérations comptables à Bilbao pour les entités françaises du groupe. Piloter l'optimisation de l'organisation comptable couvrant l'Espagne, la France et le Portugal afin d'augmenter la productivité et créer des synergies, y compris d'éventuelles fusions d'activités.* Phase "RUN" - Piloter les opérations :Encadrer une équipe de comptables chargée de produire un reporting financier mensuel fiable en IFRS et en normes locales (France, Espagne, Portugal).Vos responsabilités :* Phase "BUILD" : Recruter, intégrer et accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs. Coordonner et finaliser le transfert des activités comptables vers Bilbao. Assurer la liaison avec les équipes en France. Évaluer, proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus et d'organisation.* Phase "RUN" :Superviser l'ensemble des opérations comptables : Comptes fournisseurs Immobilisations Grand livre Comptes clients Comptes bancaires et autres services comptables Produire les données et reportings conformes aux standards groupe en IFRS et en normes locales. Garantir et contrôler les réconciliations mensuelles des bilans (y compris interco) avec documentation adéquate. Assurer la conformité réglementaire : IFRS, normes locales, exigences légales, procédures internes et contrôle interne. Être le point de contact principal des auditeurs internes et externes et délivrer des réponses de qualité dans les délais. Élaborer et suivre le cash forecast mensuel et analyser les écarts prévisionnel / réalisé. Collaborer avec des experts externes pour répondre aux obligations locales. Identifier, concevoir et mettre en place des projets d'amélioration continue. Développer une culture d'innovation, d'accountability et d'amélioration continue. S'assurer que l'équipe est formée pour garantir un haut niveau de performance et de qualité. Gérer la communication avec les clients internes basés en France (Business Service Managers, directions régionales, fonctions corporate). Maintenir des relations positives avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes. Garantir le respect du SLA entre les équipes comptables et les clients internes.Vos qualifications :Diplôme comptable équivalent DESCF/DEC ou autre certification comptable reconnue. Expérience dans le transfert d'opérations comptables ou la création d'un centre de services partagés (SSC). Expérience confirmée en production de comptes statutaires en IFRS et normes locales (France, Espagne, Portugal), idéalement dans un environnement complexe avec gestion de stocks. Expérience préalable en finance ou audit ; une expérience en industrie manufacturière est un plus. Expérience avérée dans le management d'équipes comptables. Maîtrise de la fiscalité et des obligations sociales françaises et espagnoles ; le portugais est un plus. Expérience en environnement international et/ou dans un Big 4 appréciée. Connaissance des centres de services partagés (Shared Service Centers) appréciée. Maîtrise de SAP et des outils de reporting groupe (Tagetik, Hyperion, On Stream). Excellente maîtrise d'Excel. Français, anglais et espagnol courants (oral et écrit). Le portugais est un plus.
