After 5 successful years implementing our activity in the Spanish and French market, we are looking for a Talented, engaged, and motivated new Teammates You will thrive in a recently created company and ambiguous environment, love young and dynamic culture, and adapt to the changing needs of the business.#Be responsible for the full business & and recruitment process. Define a commercial strategy to manage a client portfolio. Develop your commercial activity by prospecting and opening new accounts. Identify and define the best strategy for your hiring plan, implement the best way to screen candidate’s CV (sourcing, event, synergies, communities…), Get in touch and qualify your candidates (doing interviews) to support them in their job investigation you will act as real coach. Optimize talent attraction and employer branding to find the best solution. Build a trustful and strong relationships with your business partner to advise, influence and impact on the recruiting success. Be a real leverage for your candidate’s career plan, building of social and trust relationships. Governance: manage your business unit and choose the strategy to follow to duplicate your business An open-minded and sociable person eager to participate in a challenging project by being rigorous and not giving up easily. You have experience as a business developer for a recruitment agency or a startup. (International by speaking fluently English and Spanish.
