About BluStudio Blu Studio is a Made in Italy fashion brand inspired by Neapolitan tailoring culture, combining tradition and modern design. The brand focuses on accessible sartorial quality, careful fabric selection and refined construction. Our aesthetic reflects decades of Italian craftsmanship translated into a contemporary wardrobe. More at: Requirements · Minimum 3 years of experience managing a retail store within the fashion & luxury industry. · Proven background in leading, coaching and developing structured retail teams. · Strong capability in analysing KPIs and translating data into commercial decisions. · Excellent organisational, planning and operational management skills. · Solid understanding of fashion & luxury retail dynamics, omnichannel processes and advanced clienteling. · Fluency in Spanish and English, Italian is a plus · Experience working within international retail environments with high service standards. Key Responsibilities · Full management of store operations on a daily basis. · Leadership, coordination and development of the sales team. · Ongoing monitoring of KPIs and implementation of strategies to achieve store targets. · Ensuring a high-level customer experience aligned with BluStudio's brand standards. · Oversight of visual merchandising in accordance with global guidelines. · Stock management, shift scheduling and supervision of administrative and operational processes.
