We are looking for a Sales Development & Specification Specialist to expand our distribution network and specify our products within architecture and design firms.Responsibilities:Sales Development:Actively prospect and contact potential distributors, generating business opportunities and closing agreements. Achieve specification and project sales:map key architecture and design firms, establish connections and develop relationships to specify our materials in their projects. CPD Delivery:conduct commercial and technical presentations about our products for architects, designers, and construction companies. Analysis:Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and report results in the assigned markets.Requirements:Previous experience in product specification within architecture firms, construction companies, or interior design studios is desired. Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory). A strong commercial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach. Ability to generate new business opportunities and close deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
