This role combines responsibility for business development, client relationship management, and oversight of project delivery. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the client, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that our services consistently meet quality, financial, and operational expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Growth & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute the account business plan aligned with global strategy.Identify new consulting opportunities and lead end-to-end sales cycles.Manage pipeline, proposals, contracting, and pricing activities.Build and maintain executive-level relationshipsDrive profitable growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.Client Relationship & Stakeholder ManagementServe as trusted advisor for senior client stakeholdersUnderstand client priorities, strategic needs, and decision criteria.Represent the firm in executive governance forumsEnsure client satisfaction, issue resolution, and long-term retention.Project Delivery OversightOversee execution of all consulting engagements within the account.Ensure quality, timeliness, and budget compliance across projects.Lead delivery governance structures and operational reporting.Monitor risks, dependencies, and contractual obligationsSupport project leads on scope definition and resource planning.Leadership & People ManagementCoordinate global and cross-functional teamsMentor and support consulting managers and project leaders.Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across practices.Champion culture, performance, and continuous improvement.Who You Are QualificationsBachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant Master's preferred.10+ years of experience in consulting, account management or business development.Proven track record building and growing strategic accounts.Demonstrated ability leading large, complex engagements.Strong financial, commercial, and contractual acumen.Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-presence skills.English.Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
