You will guide teams through agile processes, ensure successful project delivery, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Ensure adherence to agile principles and best practicesSupport teams with a basic technical understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environmentsUse Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage documentation, and report metricsFacilitate workshops and visual collaboration using MiroCoach teams to improve self-organization, accountability, and performanceCommunicate progress and risks to stakeholders and product ownersDrive continuous improvement initiatives based on team metrics and feedbackRequirementsProven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software developmentExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and MiroStrong problem-solving and adaptability skillsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsExperience in large or multinational organizations is a plusIn compliance with the current regulations on the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed and, if you send us your CCVV, send us communications with your data or contact us with personal information, you consent to the processing of your data until you communicate otherwise by ADESSO SPAIN CONSULTORÍA Y SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS S.L.U., in order to participate in recruitment processes and HR management.The legitimate basis of the treatment is the consent of the user and the pre-contractual relationship between the parties.
