Harrington Boyd are currently working with a global manufacturing company who are searching for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join their team in Barcelona This position will offer hybrid working, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.Compensation packageBase salary: €70,000 - 80,000Bonus: 10%Benefits: Medical InsuranceYour responsibilities would be the following:Lead SAP FICO strategy and execution across global finance operations, driving digital transformation and process excellence.Act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership, translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions that enhance decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure seamless financial integration and compliance.Champion continuous improvement by identifying system enhancements, optimizing workflows, and leveraging emerging SAP capabilities.Own key projects from blueprint to go-live, including S/4HANA migrations, regulatory updates, and global rolloutsWe are searching for the following skills and experience:A minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP FICOGood knowledge of multiple submodular areas such as AP, AR, GL, etcPrevious implementation experience of S/4HANA is desirable though not essentialExperience working in a global environment, ideally coming from industries coming life sciences or FMCGStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFluency in English is essential, Spanish would be a plusIf this position would be of interest to you or anyone else within your network, please forward an updated version of your CV for consideration.
