Harrington Boyd are currently working with a global manufacturing company who are searching for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join their team in Barcelona This position will offer hybrid working, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week. Compensation package Base salary: €70,000 - 80,000 Bonus: 10% Benefits: Medical Insurance Your responsibilities would be the following: Lead SAP FICO strategy and execution across global finance operations, driving digital transformation and process excellence. Act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership, translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions that enhance decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure seamless financial integration and compliance. Champion continuous improvement by identifying system enhancements, optimizing workflows, and leveraging emerging SAP capabilities. Own key projects from blueprint to go-live, including S/4HANA migrations, regulatory updates, and global rollouts We are searching for the following skills and experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP FICO Good knowledge of multiple submodular areas such as AP, AR, GL, etc Previous implementation experience of S/4HANA is desirable though not essential Experience working in a global environment, ideally coming from industries coming life sciences or FMCG Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluency in English is essential, Spanish would be a plus If this position would be of interest to you or anyone else within your network, please forward an updated version of your CV for consideration.
