Buscamos a un/a Responsable Producción que actuará como Project Manager en el ciclo de vida completo de los proyectos de montaje en ferias, stands o retail. La persona seleccionada será el enlace clave entre los equipos técnicos y creativos, con la responsabilidad principal de asegurar la correcta ejecución, calidad y cumplimiento de los plazos. Se requiere una destacada capacidad de liderazgo empático.Funciones: Gestión de Personas y Liderazgo (Eje Central): Liderar, motivar y gestionar de manera empática a los equipos de Diseño, Producción y Carpintería. Actuar como enlace central y principal comunicador entre los distintos departamentos, asegurando la fluidez del trabajo y resolviendo conflictos. Supervisar y coordinar los proyectos desde la fase de diseño hasta el montaje final. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y los plazos de entrega en un volumen alto de proyectos Controlar los recursos técnicos y humanos necesarios para la ejecución de las diferentes partidas de producción y montaje.Requisitos: Experiencia Demostrable: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles de gestión de producción, project management o dirección de obra/montaje, preferiblemente en el sector de la decoración, interiorismo o eventos. Formación Valorada: Se valorará positivamente titulación como Aparejador/a, Arquitecto/a Técnico/a o ADE Capacidad para trabajar con alto volumen de proyectos, gestionando la presión de los plazos sin comprometer la calidad.Beneficios: La oportunidad de unirte a una empresa de decoración en pleno crecimiento.
