You will play a critical role in designing,developing, and delivering high-quality enterprise solutions that meet the needs of ourcustomers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successfulimplementation and deployment of our products.Key Responsibilities:- Lead a group of Cloud Engineers to successfully build a new AWS Organization from scratch.- Work across cross-functional teams to build a telemetry system that enables product-led growth and key adoption insights for product strategy.- Work across cross-functional teams to build the centralized platform for all experimentation across a global enterprise technology company to drive the future of data-driven decision making.- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Drive the capability for parallel feature development and ensure incremental delivery of software.- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.- Ensure the quality and performance of the codebase through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, DevOps.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.Required Skills and Experience:- Demonstrates expert-level knowledge of AWS Control Tower architecture, including Service Control Policies (SCPs), organizational unit (OU) design, guardrails, and multi-account governance best practices.- Demonstrates mastery of multi-region active-active architectures, applying Mission Critical design standards to ensure all foundational platform components meet strict availability, resilience, and reliability requirements.- Broad experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise cloud networking solutions.- Deep understanding of AWS Cloud WAN and AWS Network Firewall, including design, implementation, and operational considerations.- Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code, with proven experience managing complex network deployments.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.- Experience in developing in a contract-first environment.- Proven ability to use a data-driven approach to continuous improvement and decisionmaking.- Ability to communicate fluently in English.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with large-scale enterprise cloud platforms.- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). xcskxlj - Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
