Your role will be key in developing our financial product, ensuring thesustainability and scalabilityof our operations.Requirements & Qualifications Education: ✔️ Degree inFinance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering , or related fields. ✔️ MBA or aMaster’s in Finance, Investments, or Capital Marketsis a plus.Professional Experience: ✔️8+ yearsof experience instructured debt, real estate financing, investment banking, private equity, or financial managementinfintech or proptech startups . ✔️ Strong expertise instructured debt, securitization, and alternative financing . ✔️ Experience innegotiations with investment funds, banks, and financial institutions . ✔️ Proficiency inadvanced financial modeling, forecasting, and investor reporting . ✔️ Experience leadingfundraising processes and investment rounds . ✔️ Solid understanding ofreal estate markets and financing in Spain and Europe .Technical Skills: ✔️Advanced Excelskills,cash flow modeling, and risk analysis . ✔️ Experience inSPV structuring, securitization, and asset-backed financing . ✔️ Knowledge oftaxation and financial optimization in corporate structures .Personal & Soft Skills: ✔️Strategic mindsetand strong business vision. ✔️ Excellentnegotiation skillswith financial institutions and investment funds. ✔️ Ability tothrive in high-growth and uncertain environments . ✔️Leadership and cross-departmental coordination . ✔️Proactive and autonomousdecision-making.Languages: ✔️Native or bilingual Spanish . ✔️Advanced professional English(essential for international negotiations).Key Responsibilities Debt Structuring & Financing ✔️ Leadfinancing strategyandstructured debtoperations to supportLibeen’s expansion . ✔️ Design, negotiate, and executeinvestment vehicles and securitization structures . ✔️ Manage relationships withbanks, investment funds, and financial institutions . ✔️ Optimize the company’s financial structure tomaximize efficiency and profitability .Financial Planning & Economic Control ✔️ Oversee and improvefinancial models and projections . ✔️ Conductfinancial risk analysisand define mitigation strategies. ✔️ Managetreasury, cash flow, and short- & long-term funding needs . ✔️ Supervisetax planning and financial optimization .Fundraising & Investor Relations ✔️ Design and executefundraising strategiesalongside the founders. ✔️ Preparefinancial reports and key metricsfor investors and stakeholders. ✔️ Identifyinvestment and financing opportunitiesin Europe and key markets. ✔️ Represent the company inmeetings with funds, banks, and strategic partners .What We Offer?
