Analyzes the store's retail performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales in volume and value, ASP, mix of sales...), identifies business opportunities and establishes 360° action plans to tackle them. Stays updated on the watch industry and local market competitive environment.... A TEAM LEADERSupports the boutique manager setting individual and collective objectives, following the performance, and realizing reviews of the team members.
