At ERBACHER the food family, we believe in a good tomorrow… and we create it.We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager eCommers (B2B & D2C), based in Spain, who want to create a good tomorrow together with us.ResponsibilitiesKey Account ManagementOwn and manage key online retail partners (e.g. eTailers, marketplace sellers, omnichannel retailers)Negotiate annual agreements, promotional plans, and joint business plansDrive sell-in and sell-out performance using data-driven insights and strong retailer relationshipsOptimize content, visibility, and conversion on partner platformsCoordinate local execution of regional campaigns and performance marketing initiativesDTC eCommerce ManagementLead and optimize our own Spanish Direct-to-Consumer (DTC or D2C) web shop and marketplace activitiesOversee all aspects of DTC operations, including UX, content, CRM, promotions, and fulfillmentCollaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns that drive traffic and loyaltyEnsure seamless customer journey and high satisfaction across all touchpointsMonitor KPIs and implement continuous performance improvementsCross-functional & International CollaborationAct as the key liaison between local Spanish market needs and global/corporate eCommerce and retail teamsContribute to international strategy rollouts with local market insights and execution excellenceEnsure compliance with global brand guidelines, pricing strategies, and digital frameworksExpectations7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital sales, or online Key Account Manager rolesIndustry background ideally in FMCG, consumer electronics, or beauty/healthcare — preferably on the brand sideProven success in managing online retail partners and DTC channels within the Spanish marketStrong commercial acumen with a digital mindset and performance orientationExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsFluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)Experience working in international matrix organizations; confident navigating between global and local teamsHands-on experience with eCommerce tools (e.g. Magento, Shopify, CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, ...)We focus on people, support the growth of talents, and create an environment where everyone can engage, bring in new ideas, and work in a spirit of collaboration.Our offerSo, what exactly can you expect with us?A non-corporate atmosphereHoliday and Christmas bonusFlexible work arrangements (remote + business travels)Attractive discounts on products (dry dog and cat food)Free foreign language learning.In addition, we offer:Work (and team-building) in an international environment, alongside experts from different countries, including Poland, Germany,Tanzania and Ukraine.Continuous professional and personal development through dedicated training sessions and development programs.An inspiring and supportive atmosphere, as well as friendly working conditions with access to modern tools and technologies that foster both growth and efficiency.Sound interesting?
