Let's talkYour Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Annotator, you will support AI Data Services through high-quality annotation of text, and related data. Your responsibilities include:Ensure that all your deliveries meet the KPI, metrics and quality expected and set beforehand.Detect and escalate any anomalies or patterns within the projects assigned to you.Ensure daily communication with the PM about assignments, project status and set priorities. - Keep a correct prioritization of the projects assigned to you.Keep a healthy environment with all the members of the team.Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all your projects assigned.Work with your PM to detect and raise any potential issues or improvements in projects.Contribute to create a global team for successful delivery of AI Data Services.Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes, and business goals.Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseYou have a linguistic background, knowledge in Translation, Philology, Linguistics or similarTurkish (native/bilingual)English (advanced)You have 1 year experience in annotation projectsYou have technical curiosity, and you have worked in different technical environmentsYou can detect and solve any potential issues of diverse naturesYou are an advanced user of text editors and spreadsheets (Word, LibreOffice, Excel, etc.)You are an organized and efficient person, able to follow a tight scheduleYou have experience in office environmentsYou have high attention to detail and sensibility towards quality workThis is a full-time onsite position.What we offer:Attractive remuneration packageGrowth and learning opportunitiesWork in a well-established multinational companyOnsite work setupCentific is an equal-opportunity employer.
