Operations should make execution invisible.We’re hiring an Operations Manager to own execution across the business, with B2B operations enablement as the highest-leverage priority.This role exists to remove operational drag from sales and leadership. Once a deal is agreed, execution should be smooth, predictable, and fast without founders or sales chasing statuses, documents, or timelines.If sales or leadership is involved in day-to-day operational follow-ups, the system is broken. Your job is to fix the system.What You’ll Own (Ordered by Impact)B2B Operations Enablement (Primary Focus)Take full ownership of execution once a B2B deal is agreedEnsure orders move from confirmation to delivery smoothly and on timeManage stock allocation, warehouse coordination, and shipping timelinesHandle all post-deal operational questions so sales can focus on closingMake B2B execution predictable, fast, and boringLogistics & Inventory ManagementManage inventory across multiple warehouses and marketsPrevent stockouts, over-allocation, and delivery delaysEnforce production and factory timelinesCoordinate replenishments and transfers when requiredDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain an always-ready library of B2B documentation by marketTrack certifications, test reports, and compliance requirements across countriesAnticipate documentation needs instead of reacting to requestsDTC & Fulfilment OperationsMonitor 3PL performance and resolve delaysEnsure DTC orders ship on timeAudit logistics invoices and flag discrepanciesProcess & SystemsBuild SOPs and dashboards for core operational flowsIdentify recurring issues and eliminate them permanentlyWhat We’re Looking ForMid-level experience in operations, logistics, or supply chainFluent English, written and spokenStrong ownership mentality and self-direction xcskxlj Highly process-oriented and structuredComfortable pushing suppliers, warehouses, and partnersAble to operate without constant instructionsThis Role Is Not for You IfYou’re looking for a purely administrative or support roleYou need tasks to be assigned to youYou prefer slow or low-accountability environmentsWhat We Offer€3,000 gross/month base salaryPerformance-based bonuses tied to clear KPIsFast growth and increased responsibility for strong performersHigh ownership and visibility across the businessInternational environment with daily English usageThis is a demanding, hands-on role with real impact on how the company scales.
