With a distributed team and contractor-based development model, they value structure, clear communication, and proactive project management to ensure high-quality delivery across all active initiatives.Role OverviewAs a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of web development projects—from design to deployment. You’ll manage contractors, track deliverables, maintain timelines, and ensure that all web projects are executed on time and to spec.Key Responsibilities Manage multiple website projects simultaneously. Track project timelines, task boards, and documentation. Monitor contractor performance and deliverables. Identify and remove blockers to keep projects on schedule. Coordinate communication between all participants (designers, developers, content, etc.). Maintain organized records of status updates and project outcomes. Proven ability to hire and work effectively with software developers. Requirements At least 1 year of experience managing web development projects. Solid understanding of the website development lifecycle (design, layout, coding, content). Experience with task tracking tools (e.g. Trello, ClickUp, Notion). Comfortable working with distributed, remote teams. Strong organizational and time management skills. Fluency in Russian is a must. Key Soft Skills Proactive and solutions-focused.
