Es por ello que precisamos incorporar en nuestras oficinas de Badalona (Barcelona) un/a IT Process Expert.


Funciones principales:

Como IT Process Expert, deberás conocer el funcionamiento de las aplicaciones críticas del negocio y serás responsable de garantizar la calidad de éstas, desempeñando actividades clave como:


1. Coordinación de la implantación de nuevas funcionalidades:

  • Revisión y planificación de nuevas versiones
  • Definición y planificación de pruebas de regresión para las aplicaciones actuales
  • Planificar y definir pruebas específicas para validar nuevas funcionalidades
  • Ejecutar las pruebas planificadas, asegurando estándares establecidos


2. Soporte y Análisis

  • Ser un experto en el funcionamiento de las aplicaciones CRM (Sistemas personalizados y Salesforce) y ERPs (SAP) para poder dar soporte a los distintos key users así como para coordinar cualquier necesidad con el equipo de Desarrollo de Aplicaciones.
  • Investigar y analizar errores mediante herramientas como revisión de logs.


3. Seguimiento y reporte

  • Definir los informes de seguimiento tanto a nivel operativo con los equipos de TI y usuarios como a nivel más ejecutivo con los responsables de las distintas áreas y Dirección.


Requisitos:

  • De 3 a 5 años en mantenimiento/implantación en proyectos de TI, conociendo las distintas fases de un proyecto de implementación.
  • De 1 a 2 años desempeñando funciones como Tester o roles similares.
  • Conocimiento práctico de herramientas como Jira y Confluence.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de automatización de pruebas (deseable).
  • Dominio del paquete Office.
  • Conocimiento del sector de la energía, sus tarifas, contratos y de los procesos de una comercializadora (deseable).
  • De 1 a 2 años de experiencia en herramientas CRM.
  • Idiomas: inglés fluido y portugués fluido (deseable)
