Preparation of detailed sales specifications based on in-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and brands available in the market. Production of sales and marketing materials, including commercial floor plans, using AutoCAD, BIM-Revit, and Photoshop. Calculation of commercial areas and preparation of corresponding price lists. Collaboration in the development of 3D visualizations and renderings to support marketing activities. Design and development of interior layouts and furnishing concepts for assigned properties.
