The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications, leading a team of developers, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.✅ Responsabilities:Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and career development support.Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Angular 20, Nest.js, and MongoDB.Architect and implement Microfrontend solutions with a product-oriented mindset, integrating multiple frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, UX/UI, and QA—to deliver high-quality software solutions.Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.✅ Requirements:5+ years of experience in full stack development.Strong proficiency in Angular (v20), Nest.js, and MongoDB.Experience with Microfrontends architecture and the integration of multiple frameworks/libraries.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage priorities, delegate tasks, and drive team performance.Fluent in English (spoken and written).⭐It's a PLUS if you have...Experience in product-oriented development environments.Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of additional backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express) is a plus.Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. 📌 Conditions:💻Fullremote working⚖️ Enjoying a healthy work-life balance.🌎 Taking on new international challenges.🤩 Joining a talented team.Interested??.
