For a leading shipyard in the luxury yacht sector, we are looking for Service Engineers who will be responsible for keeping premium yachts in perfect condition in Spain region. You work both at the shipyard and on-site with clients around the globe. You are the first technical point of contact, performing maintenance, solving issues, and implementing upgrades.Perform maintenance and repair work both at the yard and on customer locations in Spain.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.Install upgrades, new systems, and technical improvements on board.Communicate with clients professionally, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records.Who we are looking for:Technical education in Electrical, Mechanical, or similar technical field.Experience in yacht service, marine systems, or comparable technical installations.Strong attention to detail and passion for high-end technology.Good communication skills in English.Willingness to travel and support clients worldwide.Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.What we offer:Salary rangeup to 51K annual gross, depending on experience.A one-year contract with the intention to extend.Full compensation for obtaining your boating licenses (KVB1 & KVB2).Extensive training and development opportunities through an internal academy.A collaborative working atmosphere focused on quality, technology, and customer satisfaction.Where you will work:You will join a leading international company that develops and builds custom high-end luxury yachts.
