Nuestro cliente es un grupo multinacional global, líder en el mercado de Alimentación y Bebidas, con un negocio consolidado y rentable, y que, por otra parte, se encuentra en un interesante momento de transformación.Buscamos un Category Manager de vinos y licores, perteneciente al equipo de Ventas, y que estará ubicado en Sevilla. En cualquier caso, se valorarán candidaturas que residan en otras ciudades, siempre y cuando exista disponibilidad para viajar con cierta frecuencia a Sevilla.Como Category Manager definirás y gestionarás el plan estratégico de la categoría. Además, gestionarás la relación, como Socio, con las bodegas, para trabajar con ellos los acuerdos anuales, nuevos lanzamientos, política comercial, etc. Aportarás valor y herramientas a los equipos comerciales para cumplir con los planes locales de cada territorio, ayudando en la formación en producto a los Asesores ComercialesRequisitos:Experiencia al menos 3 años como Category Manager, Área Manager o Director Comercial en Bodega Vino o Spirits, con experiencia gestionando equipos y realizando funciones comerciales. Conocimiento de las categorías y productos principales del Porfolio Vinos, e idealmente de Licores. Titulación: Grado en Ciencias Empresariales o similares, Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos, Gastronomía, Enología, etc. Conocimientos Específicos: Ventas, marketing, gestión comercial, gestión de equipos comerciales, finanzas, logística y distribución. Conocimiento del modelo distribución Bebidas en HORECA. Inglés, mínimo B2 SAP y Paquete Office.Competencias necesarias:Visión estratégica, capacidad de impacto e influencia y liderazgo. Capacidad de negociación. Orientación al cliente y resultados. Análisis de datos y dinamismo. Visión y capacidad comercial. Liderazgo de equipos comerciales.
