Buscamos unJunior Account Managerpara apoyar a nuestros equipos de Programmatic y Demand Operations, gestionando alianzas con DSPs, monitorizando el rendimiento entre canales y garantizando un alineamiento técnico eficiente con nuestra infraestructura SSP y de exchanges.Supervisar y completar el proceso de integración para nuevos socios DSP y lanzar su actividad. Revisar y monitorizar continuamente los KPIs del rendimiento de tus clientes. Asegurar que todas las fuentes de inventario disponibles estén correctamente conectadas a tus DSPs. Mantener comunicación constante con los clientes para resolver incidencias y asegurar operaciones fluidas. Gestionar y actualizar whitelists en colaboración con el equipo. Negociar acuerdos especiales y asegurar incrementos de tráfico cuando sea posible. Preparar y entregar los informes necesarios para clientes y dirección. 1 año o menos de experiencia en Marketing Digital. ~ Comprensión básica de la publicidad digital y programática. ~ Nivel C1 de inglés (otros idiomas son un plus). ~ Interés y conocimientos básicos en análisis de datos. ~ Persona curiosa, con fuerte motivación y pasión por aprender. ~ Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos y de ritmo rápido. ~ No tener miedo a asumir nuevos retos. ~ Gran atención al detalle.Con base en Barcelona, con disponibilidad para asistir a la oficina dos veces por semana. Un entorno dinámico y colaborativo, donde cada día es un nuevo reto. Oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional dentro de la empresa. Contrato a jornada completa con incorporación inmediata. Franja salarial según experiencia entorno a 25k
