Junior Programmatic Trader Internship

In this role you will learn how to run programmatic display campaigns, and then build, optimize and run them for your client base. You will see programmatic display ads everywhere online, they are bought and traded in real time to be seen by relevant audiences.
We're a small tight-knit team within Incubeta, but there will be a huge amount of opportunity to grow into this role as we continue to expand. There will also be really close interaction with other Incubeta teams who work on a wide range of digital channels, so the role will really immerse you in the digital marketing world.
At Incubeta we help clients such as McDonalds, Radisson, Odigeo, Puig, Dolce & Gabbana, Lastminute, Ferrero,and many others. Helping them to increase their sales through their online advertising. Every client we work with is different (including a variety of clients in different verticals), and each presents its own difficulties that often require bespoke solutions.
This is a role that is definitely for people who love data - however at Incubeta we want to make sure our team members have the chance to do more than simply working with the data, and give them a greater level of freedom, and more opportunity to be creative and strategic than similar roles at other companies. Once trained up, their role will include helping develop strategy, both across existing clients and to bring in new business for the company.
We want to grow in Spain and we are looking for talent to train from the beginning with real possibilities to stay within our company in the Spain team.
This will be a diverse role as you will be dealing with a wide range of clients from small and big companies, who will vary in their requirements and level of digital maturity. You'll be responsible for supporting the strategy and trading operation of the Display team. You'll mainly support reporting, campaign analysis and ad operation tasks such as creative trafficking, campaign monitoring in DSPs and,where required,implementing identified campaign optimisations. Reporting into the Senior Display Strategist, who you'll mainly be collaborating with, you'll also work closely with the Programmatic Trading Manager, Head of Display, and the Data team to ensure Greenlight Digital's Programmatic Display offering is performance-driven, innovative, and integrated.
Beyond the day-to-day, this is an exciting opportunity to play a role in helping to shape the Spanish team. You will contribute to training material, assist in building new processes and inform the strategy behind the new services we look to deliver.
**Key Outcomes**:
- Analyze and report performance from dashboards and health checks with associated weekly commentaries
- Conduct historical (weekly/monthly) campaign performance analysis to help make informed decisions with support from the rest of the Display team
- Campaign set-up of programmatic buys in DSPs, with in-console monitoring of campaign pacing and performance against agreed-upon KPIs
- Set bid strategies, monitor performance, and identify and implement optimisations
- Provide proactive recommendations and program insights
- Deliver actionable audience and optimisation-based insights at agreed upon frequency
- Build campaigns in ad server and traffic creatives as per agreed campaign architecture (in consultation with the Programmatic Trading Manager)

- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to relate results to client business objectives
- You have an intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- You speak and write in advanced English
- Campaign Manager and DV360 Certification would be a plus but not a requirement
You must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine
- You're capable of hands on problem-solving,with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
