You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, evaluating, and closing top talent, with a core focus on mobile-first profiles: developers, designers, product managers, CRM specialists, mobile growth experts, and more. You will work closely with the CEO, Product, Tech, and Growth teams, ensuring we hire exceptional people who will level up Macadam’s product and business. Based in Barcelona, you will also act as a central connector between Macadam and the local tech ecosystem—leveraging your strong network to fuel our next phase of growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Own end-to-end recruitmentScoping: partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and search strategies. Sourcing: build talent pipelines using your network, outreach, events, and creative sourcing channels. Process: manage interviews, candidate assessments, case studies, and feedback loops. Closing: negotiate offers, ensure alignment, and secure top-tier hires.2. Special focus on Mobile, Tech & Gaming hiringYou’ll lead hiring for roles such as: Mobile engineers (React Native), Product managers & mobile gaming product specialists, UX/UI designers with gaming or mobile app experience, CRM, lifecycle & engagement specialists, Data analysts, growth engineers, QA mobile testers, etc. Your understanding of the mobile landscape, gaming mechanics, and app ecosystem will help you identify talent with the right mindset and experience to thrive at Macadam.3. Build & activate your Barcelona networkEngage with tech communities, events, universities, gaming studios, mobile meetups. Develop strong relationships with local recruiters, talent hubs, and key industry players. Act as Macadam’s ambassador in the Barcelona tech scene. 4. Process excellence & recruitment strategyBuild structured hiring processes that scale with the company. Improve our ATS workflows, scorecards, assessment methods, and time-to-hire. Own recruitment analytics: pipeline velocity, conversion, quality of hire. Help define hiring plans and headcount priorities with leadership. 5. Candidate experience & employer brandingDeliver a world-class interview experience at every step. Represent Macadam’s culture, energy, and mission with authenticity and conviction. Collaborate with marketing to boost employer branding across channels.KEY REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in fast-growing tech companies or mobile gaming studios. Proven track record recruiting for mobile-first roles (developers, PMs, designers, CRM…). Strong knowledge of mobile app & mobile gaming ecosystems. Excellent sourcing ability: you know where top talent hides and how to approach them. Strong network in Barcelona’s tech scene (mandatory). Exceptional communication and candidate assessment skills. Highly structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Fluent in English. Spanish or French are a strong plus.
