Estamos buscando un Head of Engineering para una empresa que está construyendo un producto SaaS en fuerte crecimiento donde la tecnología es el motor principal del negocio. Este rol será clave para definir la arquitectura que nos permitirá escalar de forma sólida y convertir nuestra apuesta por la IA aplicada especialmente sistemas agentic y data en un producto real, estable y de alto impacto.Buscamos a una persona con visión técnica, criterio de producto y liderazgo, capaz de aportar orden, foco y excelencia técnica en un entorno ambicioso y en constante evolución. Figura que reporta directamente al CEO de la compañía, con fuerte componente y visión estratégica para impulsar el producto.Responsibilities- Hands ON en: Definir y liderar la arquitectura técnica del producto. - Integrar soluciones de IA (LLMs, agentes autónomos y pipelines de datos) en el core del producto. - Construir, estructurar y escalar equipos de ingeniería de alto rendimiento - Liderar un equipo de >10p. - Establecer frameworks claros de trabajo: ciclos de desarrollo, testing automatizado, CI/CD, documentación y estándares de calidad. - Colaborar estrechamente con Producto, Data, IA y Diseño, traduciendo retos de negocio en decisiones técnicas claras.Requirements- Experiencia sólida en roles de liderazgo técnico senior en entornos SaaS. - Background fuerte en arquitectura de software y sistemas escalables. Tech Stack: Python, Django, GCP/AWS, Kubernets, IaC, IA,.etc. - Experiencia práctica llevando soluciones de IA y data a producción. - Capacidad demostrada para liderar y hacer crecer equipos de ingeniería. - Mentalidad de producto y experiencia en entornos de crecimiento o scale-up.Benefits- Salario: Paquete competitivo acorde a la seniority y al impacto del rol. - Modelo de trabajo: Híbrido.
