We are looking for
A driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Onboard new corporate clients to our platform, ensuring they are 100% up and running
- Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials, etc.
- Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets
- Monitor and report existing and potential threats to help maintain our 0 churn rate
- Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
- Work with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
Your Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- 1+ year experience in a B2B account management/customer success role
- Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and eager to learn something new every day
- Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
- Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
