You'll be responsible for communicating new product launches and driving the growth of our existing product portfolio across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.What we're looking forWe're looking for a Product Growth Specialist who thrives on driving product adoption, engagement, and growth through strategic communication and data-driven initiatives. Someone who enjoys identifying growth opportunities, crafting compelling product narratives, and executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.Must-haves:- Strong growth mindset with proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or product communication roles - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities – capable of translating complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions for different audiences - Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases - Skilled at managing cross-functional relationships with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoption - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize growth metrics (user acquisition, activation, retention, etc.) - Experience with growth experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization - Proven ability to create product communication materials including launch campaigns, feature announcements, user guides, and promotional content - 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related product communication roles - Fluent in Spanish and English - Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, although you acknowledge the value of meeting in person at the office from time to timeNice-to-haves:- Experience with product-led growth strategies and user onboarding optimization - Background in real estate platforms, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms - Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms - Content creation skills (copywriting, basic design, video) for product communications - Experience in ideation and development of new products, from concept validation to market launch. - Proficiency in Italian, French or Portuguese is a plusWhat you'll do:- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases - Create compelling product communication campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement - Collaborate with product teams to understand feature roadmaps and translate them into growth opportunities - Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities - Work closely with marketing teams to develop product-focused content, campaigns, and promotional materials - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and communication strategies - Manage product communication across multiple channels (email, in-app, website, social media, etc.) - Lead cross-functional growth initiatives and experiments to drive key product metrics - Track and report on growth KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders - Collaborate with fellow Product and Marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging across our product suiteAnd something more about us…Since we began this adventure in the year 2000, idealista has been much more than a company.It is a culture, a way of doing and understanding things that sets us apart.
