Como CHIEF DIGITAL AND TECHNOLOGY OFFICER, liderarás la estrategia tecnológica de la compañía, asegurando la estabilidad operativa del presente y, al mismo tiempo, impulsando una transformación ambiciosa hacia la nube, la automatización y la adopción práctica de la IA.Serás una figura clave del negocio: estratega, líder de personas y motor del cambio, con impacto directo en la evolución de la compañía.FUNCIONES:Definir y ejecutar la estrategia IT, alineada con la Dirección General y el Comité Ejecutivo.Liderar un programa de migración a cloud y la operación de entornos híbridos.Garantizar ciberseguridad, resiliencia y continuidad de negocio.Profesionalizar la gestión y priorización del portfolio de proyectos IT, asegurando impacto, valor y ROI.Liderar y desarrollar un equipo interno de más de 15 personas, coordinando partners tecnológicos.Elevar el nivel del área de IT en servicio, innovación, excelencia operativa y cultura digital.Introducir IA y tecnologías emergentes como ventaja competitiva real para el negocio.PERFIL: un/a líder tecnológico/a con:Entre 10 y 15 años de experiencia en posiciones IT de responsabilidad creciente.Trayectoria sólida en infraestructura, cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP) y ciberseguridad.Experiencia liderando transformaciones complejas y entornos híbridos.Capacidad demostrada en gestión de presupuestos, proveedores y negociación con CFO.Perfil estratégico pero hands-on, cómodo en la ejecución.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con alta dirección.Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos, upskilling y gestión del cambio.Se valorarán certificaciones (ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, Cloud, Seguridad, etc.).Qué ofrecemosUn rol clave y visible, con impacto real en la estrategia corporativa.Capacidad de decisión y liderazgo sobre la evolución tecnológica.Un proyecto de transformación ambicioso (cloud, IA, modernización).Entorno colaborativo, exigente y con valores claros.Desarrollo profesional a largo plazo.Paquete retributivo competitivo, acorde a la responsabilidad del rol.
