Role OverviewPartners + Napier is seeking a Google Ads Manager to drive performance scaling across multiple accounts simultaneously. This role focuses on identifying patterns, standardizing optimizations, and applying proven growth tactics across a portfolio of Google Ads accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accountsIdentify cross-account performance trends and scaling opportunitiesApply winning strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, and PMaxOptimize budgets and bids at both account and portfolio levelsEnsure consistent account structures and optimization standardsWork within MCC environments to manage and scale accountsCollaborate with strategists and analysts to accelerate growthReport on portfolio-level performance and insightsQualifications4+ years of experience managing and scaling Google Ads accountsStrong experience working across multiple accounts and industriesProven ability to scale spend while maintaining efficiencyDeep understanding of Smart Bidding, automation, and PMaxAnalytical mindset with portfolio-level thinkingExperience in agency or multi-client environments preferredGoogle Ads certification is a plusWhy Partners + NapierOwnership over cross-account performance and scaling strategyExposure to large-scale, multi-client Google Ads portfoliosCollaboration with senior performance and analytics teamsScalable systems and standardized optimization frameworksLong-term career growth within a respected independent agency
