Based in the heart of Mallorca, we design products with purpose and global appeal, and we’re looking for passionate professionals to help us amplify our presence across international wholesale markets.The Role We’re seeking aRetail & Trade Marketing Internto support our global wholesale channel. This role is essential in bridging the gap between marketing and sales—creating impactful trade strategies, tools, and activations that drive sell-in and sell-out performance across multiple regions. You’ll be based at our HQ in Inca, Mallorca.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute trade marketing strategies tailored to international wholesale partners.Design and coordinate marketing materials: POS assets, display visuals, catalogues, and sales tools.Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, product launches and trade fairs.Adapt global brand content to local market needs and ensure brand consistency across all wholesale touchpoints.Collaborate closely with Sales, Visual Merchandising, GTM and Product teams to align on messaging, timelines, and assets.Monitor competitor activity and customer insights to identify new trade opportunities.Track and analyze performance of trade marketing actions and recommend optimizations.What We’re Looking For Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience in Retail & Trade Marketing, ideally in the fashion or lifestyle industry.Experience in wholesale channels and/or working with international partners.Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders.Creative thinker with strong visual sensibility and attention to detail.Fluent in English; Spanish and/or other European languages is a plus.What We Offer A creative, international, and collaborative work environment.Full immersion in the fashion business with the opportunity to make a real impact.Based in our beautiful HQ in Inca, Mallorca – just a short train ride from Palma.
