Purpose of the Role:

  • The role supports the Retail Marketing team in executing trade marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, product presence, and sell-out. It manages POS materials, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures smooth in-store executions.

Key Functions

  • Assisting Retail Marketing department in implementing B2B execution strategies at points-of-sale to elevate product placement and assortment, increase brand visibility and drive sell-out.
  • Coordinating with external agencies, suppliers, sales teams and B2B partners to ensure compliance with brand standards and excellence in retail, from basic in-store executions such as POPs and displays to high-impact, high-investment initiatives such as windows, store takeovers and/or pop-ups at key retailers in Madrid and Barcelona.
  • Visiting POS regularly to ensure the best expression of the brand in-store, from trade materials to visual merchandising while also checking stock levels and overall execution quality.
  • Analyzing sell-out data and trade performance metrics to assess ROI and share actionable insights.
  • Compiling reports on trade execution effectiveness and providing data-driven insights to improve future strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of trade execution processes and activities.
  • Preparing reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Interest in retail, merchandising and fashion
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and native-level Spanish (mandatory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to work with data for analysis and reporting.
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiasm for the retail sector, particularly in point-of-sale activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
