Our elevated perspective can boost your company‘s growth.Description: We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on Scan-to-BIM projects, transforming laser scan data into accurate BIM models across various disciplines (Infrastructure).Responsibilities: Interpret and model from point cloud data using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar. Generate accurate and detailed BIM models (LOD 200–350) based on laser scans. Collaborate with the team to ensure modeling accuracy and consistency. Ensure deliverables meet project requirements in terms of geometry, level of detail, and data standards.Requirements: Engineer / Architect with BIM experience. Experience in Revit (Surface modeling, Toposolid, Wall, Floor, Roof, Component, basic family modeling). Solid understanding of construction processes and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proven experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows. Familiarity with point cloud processing software (e.g., Navisworks, TruView, CloudCompare, etc.) Experience in Recap. Knowledge of BEP / EIR / CMR Language: Advanced English skills.MadridWe are an equal opportunity employer.
