Esto es NetexEn estos momentos, buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo a un/aAdvanced Support Technician, que nos ayude a ofrecer un servicio de atención de máxima calidad para las tareas e incidencias reportadas por clientes/as y partners de la compañía, realizando la resolución si procede o gestionando su canalización interna hacia las áreas/equipos correspondientes, haciendo un seguimiento de su resolución.¿Qué harás en tu día a día? Gestionar tareas e incidencias. Escalar las incidencias a otros equipos, según proceda. Comunicación con los/as clientes/as.Requisitos necesarios: Conocimientos técnicos mínimos de plataformas WEB, servidores de aplicaciones, servicios web y lenguajes de desarrollo. Sólidos conocimientos de API Rest y capacidad para realizar/crear llamadas de servicios web Rest para pruebas. Conocimientos de Lenguaje SQL de acceso a Base de datos. Creación y ejecución de scripts. Herramienta de gestión de proyectos/incidencias, (Jira, etc.). Inglés nivel alto (C1).Requisitos deseables: Office 365. Experiencia en soporte Saas. Conocimientos del sector del sector e-learning. Conocimientos de las principales tecnologías y metodologías en entornos de aprendizaje: LMS, storytelling, gamificación, herramientas autoras, catálogos de contenidos on-line, etc.Si eres una persona orientada a cliente/a, autónoma, con buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de análisis.
