For our Client Relationship Department, we are looking for a full-timeCLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICERIn the frame of the Client Relationship Service the Client Relationship Officer understands client’s business and provides thoughtful and optimal solutions by coordinating the work of internal and external parties. She/he is responsible for managing client’s expectations with a “can-do” attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. The Client Relationship Officer focuses on quality and constant client satisfaction. This role implies the following tasks:MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAct as first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolioResponsible for understanding client products, requirements and handling all matters with a proactive approach to ensure constant client satisfactionConduct regular meetings and visits to clients.Responsible for developing and cultivating long-term relationships with our clients focusing on client retentionCoordination with internal and external parties (custodian banks, legal advisers, AIFM, investment manager, auditors, distribution partners etc.) in order to deliver quality service on time as per client’s expectationsFacilitate the flow of any information requested by internal teams or clients promptly and smoothlyActive participation in the new client onboarding process and client change requestsAssistance and taking ownership in internal projects representing the interest of our clientsParticipation in the organization of Client’s Board and shareholder meetingsTECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONUniversity Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or equivalent experienceMinimum 8 years of experience in the funds industry and Client Relationship ServicesGood understanding of investment funds structures, and regulatory framework, Financial Market and investment products.Fluent in English (verbal and written communication); Italian or Spanish, any other language is considered an assetCompetency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, any knowledge of PE systems would be an advantageSOFT SKILLSAbility to work autonomously, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including contributing to and being part of a strong team spiritExcellent organizational skills complemented by a “can-do” attitudeResult-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of responsibility regarding delivering quality workIntercultural approachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAre you ready to accept the challenge and expand your knowledge in an Entrepreneurial, Intercultural & Independent Global Asset Servicing Company?Please send your CV to: careers@adepa.com
