In this role, you will report to the Senior Director Operation LATAM / Europe, overseeing a team of Project Managers / Sr. Project Managers within EU, Israel, Turkey, South Africa Regions with potential future expansion, ensuring best in class service to our customers. You will also ensure safety protocols are followed on project sites and manage customer accounts / projects from procurement to commissioning while providing technical support and maintaining customer satisfaction. A good understanding of WHS principles and safety management is requiredRead, understand, and comply with Nextpower company policies and procedures as outlined from time to timeResponsible for managing whole customer accounts or groups of Projects from PO to Commissioning and taking ownership of all aspects of these ProjectsResponsible for managing 5 or more direct reports to effectively manage an entire team of Project Managers and Sr. Project ManagersResponsible for overseeing the success and development of direct reportsProvides technical support for Nextpower customers, ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to the customerDevelop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated toolsEnsure a strong customer care experience and be able to effectively communicate solutions for customer issuesCoordinate the ordering of tools for the Projects and ensuring availability of tools and training for the ProjectsManage Project P&L including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cash flow and cost managementProvide customer field support for installation and quality control, including driving resolution to quality issues by Non‑Conformance Report and Construction Deviation Report processesCoordinate and drive the successful on‑time delivery of all products needed from PO to delivery, liaising with Design Engineering, Supply, Logistics, freight forwarders and the customersEstablish, measure and report key performance indicators for customer care to drive behavior and performancePlay a key role in cross‑functional product teams, providing recommendations based on systems integration expertise and customer needs assessment and feedbackSupports product development, sales, and marketing as requestedInternal customer voice, an advocate for the customer within NextpowerHere Is Some Of What You’ll Need (required)…Minimum 10‑15 years of combined Project Manager and Operations management experience gained in energy, construction, mining, oil & gas fieldsBachelor’s Degree in Project Management or equivalent experience requiredEnglish: C1 / C2Strong project management skills and qualificationsAbility to manage direct reports with a high degree of professionalismExcellent customer service skills Managing escalationsExperience interfacing with supply chain procurement and logisticsExperience in and talent for dealing with customer support and O&M issuesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesPassion for solar or renewable energyStrong knowledge of PV technology and its applicationsHands‑on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems a plus.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility‑scale power plants.
