Importante empresa del sector industrial en plena fase de crecimiento necesita incorporar a un/a HRBP especializado en Relaciones Laborales.Como responsabilidades clave tendrá: Gestión de las RRLL de la empresa (Liderar las relaciones con el Comité de empresa, garantizar cumplimiento LISMI…) Administración de personal y nómina (supervisión proceso nómina, ser el punto de contacto para los empleados para resolución temas administrativos...) Análisis y mejora continua Soporte a managers en cualquier asunto del área de administración de personal que afecte a sus equiposNecesitamos un mínimo de 4-5 años de experiencia en una posición similar de HR RRLL o HRBP con un fuerte componente en relaciones laborales y administración de personal, preferiblemente en un entorno industrial. Inglés nivel B2Es imprescindible un perfil muy organizado, con fuerte iniciativa, capacidad de decisión y destacado liderazgo para poder actuar de forma autónoma en entornos a veces complejos. El perfil ideal debe tener una fuerte orientación a resultados y ser una persona muy comprometida con la empresa.
