Área Laboral: serás la persona de enlace con la asesoría externa. Gestión y coordinación de las políticas de HR: desde el seguimiento de Planes de carrea y sistemas de Evaluación, hasta el sistema de fichajes, vacaciones, etc. Comunicación interna. Análisis de datos relativos a HR que ayuden a la gestión de personas. ¿Qué te podemos ofrecer? Pertenecer a una empresa en crecimiento, dinámica donde podrás crecer con ella. Buenas condiciones laborales. ¿Qué necesitamos de ti? Formación de Grado en RRLL, Derecho o similar. Nivel Alto de inglés, valorable Euskera. Experiencia profesional de al menos 4 años en puesto similar.
