Copyright Clearance Center is seeking an innovative, hands-on, and customer focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. The successful candidate will recruit international positions providing a full resourcing service including sourcing and recruitment cycle management and support the wider HR Team. You will ensure that candidates are recruited efficiently and cost-effectively to meet the ongoing needs of the business. Si desea conocer los requisitos para este puesto, siga leyendo para obtener toda la información relevante.What you will be doing Provide a proactive and targeted approach to attract the best talent to CCC Partner with business stakeholders and HR team to provide first-class recruiting support and advice throughout the end-to-end hiring process Manage the recruitment process, in conjunction with HR team, from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines of high-caliber candidates Ensure data accuracy of our recruitment database. Track and analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to fill, and cost per hire. Communicate effectively and partner with other HR colleagues, ensuring collective objectives are achieved May participate in other work as part of the wider HR Team, as needed Requirements 2-3 years of experience in recruiting role in a matrix global corporate organization. Skilled at partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders Demonstrated customer service focus, and proven track record in providing excellent candidate experience Experience using recruitment ATS; ADP a plus Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English (C1 or equivalent) Results-focused, highly adaptable, and flexible Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with experience of leveraging different sourcing channels and familiarity with internet search tools A pioneer in voluntary collective licensing, CCC is a leading information solutions provider to organizations around the world.
