We are currently looking for an experienced Guests Relations Executive to join COYA. This is seasonal position and advertised for future openings. About The Role As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of COYA. You'll take ownership of building and nurturing relationships with high-profile guests, new clientele and strategic partners. You'll maximise business opportunities, increase brand visibility, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, elevated experience. This role blends hospitality excellence with business development, networking, and brand ambassadorship. About YouPrevious experience in Guests Relation role in high-end hospitality venue in Ibiza A confident, outgoing personality with strong networking skills Passion for hospitality, luxury nightlife, and guest engagement Good level of written and spoken English and Spanish Ability to anticipate guest needs and elevate experiences Strong organisational and communication skills A proactive, driven, and business-minded approach Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments Ability to work under pressure The finest personal presentationWe take care of our people byProviding a competitive salary.
