Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and results-drivenProject Managerwith 3–5 years of experience in IAM, Migration/Transformation, and Implementation projects. You will lead the execution of technical and software-related project activities for our client, ensuring alignment across teams and smooth operational delivery.✍️WHAT YOU WILL DO?Translate high-level product strategies and roadmaps into clear and achievable project plans. Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and governance. Act as the single point of contact for customers, managing day-to-day project migration and transition activities. Ensure timely progress and closure of action items for smooth project operations. Support Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing). Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination. Identify project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, and drive process improvements. Oversee technical components such as technology room equipment, connectivity, architecture, and access control–related operations. Maintain structured documentation, reports, and updates for all stakeholders.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU? Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree Advanced English Language Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager. Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM, Migration, or Transformation projects. Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Migration or Implementation. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency with monday.com, Jira, Airtable. Solid understanding of project transitioning processes. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage cross-functional alignment and ensure delivery efficiency. Detail-oriented, proactive, and technically inclined. Experience in IAM system implementation or new deployments. Ability to communicate test results, technical issues, and security findings clearly to stakeholders. Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and validated systems (GxP).
